Cancellation Policy

Deposits are NON TRANSFERABLE and NON REFUNDABLE, unless service provider has to cancel. If date you booked needs to be changed a new deposit will have to be paid in order for date to be booked. If there is a time that is needed and not available, please reach out via text 8648718665 and please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Please include name, service needed, and time wanted. SUNDAY appointments are to be booked via text/call 8648718665 and there is a $25 convenience fee that will be added to the total service. SAME DAY appointments are only done for Make Up, Facials, and Waxing services, ONLY. There will be a up to $40 (depending on service) convenience fee added to the total service. Please text or call 8648718665 for any same day appointments. PLEASE REMEMBER WHETHER OR NOT IT IS SAME DAY OR NOT DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED!!! NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!
